md+a's office for the past 24 years has been in Pullman and is currently located at the
Port of Whitman County Industrial Park. md+a's new office building is equipped with all the latest
facilities and state-of-the-art equipment such as: computers, plotters, compaction,
asphalt and concrete testing equipment, sub-surface exploration/core drill, total stations
/ EDMs, GPS, AutoCAD drafting, technical references, printers, and large plan
copiers. We regularly utilize the latest software for structures, mapping, scanning,
streets & utilities design projects.
Services offered by md+a include the preparation of evaluation studies,
preliminary reports, feasibility studies, final designs, construction engineering, site
planning, space planning, architectural drawings, land surveying, construction management,
quality control, and material testing; as well as other design
and planning services.
Arrangements are also maintained on an as-needed
basis for the other essential outside specialized services, such as Mechanical
Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
The successful completion of any project,
requires a project team that is experienced in all types of planning municipal
infrastructure, designing improvements, selecting the proper material, evaluating
alternatives, preparing complete contract documents and specifications, and most of all
keeping the project within its budget and provide quality control, and project management
during the construction phase.
